A well-established, privately owned environmental services business is looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee and grow its Southern operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving performance, improving efficiency, and developing both customer relationships and internal teams.

Deliver regional growth and manage key accounts
Oversee operational performance, routing, and cost control
Lead, develop, and motivate a multi-site team
Manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs

Strong leadership experience within transport, waste, or logistics
Commercial awareness with a focus on growth and retention
Highly organised with a proactive approach
