Our client, a respected national provider of security, cleaning and soft services is looking for a dynamic Regional Operations Manager to lead performance across multiple blue-chip client sites. What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of security, cleaning, and soft services contracts, ensuring exceptional delivery while maintaining strong financial control.


Expect to:

  • Lead multi-site operational teams across high-profile environments
  • Own regional P&L performance and drive margin improvement
  • Strengthen compliance, quality assurance and H&S standards
  • Build strong, credible relationships with blue-chip stakeholders
  • Support tenders and growth initiatives with operational expertise
  • Recruit, develop and mentor senior managers within your region


This is a visible leadership role where your commercial judgement and operational expertise will directly impact profitability and client retention.

  • A proven track record in multi-site security and cleaning operations
  • Experience managing high-profile or blue-chip clients
  • Strong financial management and commercial awareness
  • Confident leadership across large, dispersed teams
  • Solid understanding of employment law and H&S legislation
  • The credibility to influence at senior client level
  • Eligibility to undergo BS7858 security vetting


Additional qualifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, BICS membership or an SIA licence are advantageous.
