Regional People Partner - UK - HR, People Relations, Performance Management, UK Employment Law, Work An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Regional People Partner (Contract) to join a dynamic and collaborative EMEA People Team. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting business leaders and implementing global HR strategies across the UK region. This role covers approximately 1,200 employees across business divisions and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to people leaders, supporting performance management, ER, and change initiatives.
Lead and deliver regional HR projects including restructures, M&A activities, and TUPE processes.
Collaborate closely with Divisional People Partners on a variety of people initiatives and programs.
Provide guidance on people policies, terminations, compliance, and engagement efforts.
Support the local execution of global HR strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements: 5-10 years of HR experience within a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Experience with employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
