Multi award winning group The Job Role A commercially focused revenue manager Lead and support the strategy for two hotels Prepare Forecasts and Budgets for all segments of the business Responsible for the strategy to drive rooms, M&E and leisure revenue within the business Analysing market information and market trends to support revenue decisions Review business plans, identify gaps and meet set targets The Requirements Previous experience in a revenue role within the hospitality industry The experienced Revenue manager will update weekly forecasting and set appropriate strategies Understanding of the local area and market The experienced Revenue manager will be able to implement agreed strategy and demonstrate tangible results The revenue manager will have experience of producing rooms forecasts with the ability to maximise revenue The Package Up to £45,000 per annum Hybrid working Hotel discounts Health & wellbeing Pension scheme Career development The Location Kent Or Based centrally between both hotels with regular hotel visits Hybrid option
