Due to continued growth and strategic expansion, our client is seeking a Regional Sales Director to take full responsibility for Scotland. This is a rare opportunity to take complete ownership of an untapped region within a lender that already has strong national presence, competitive credit appetite, and an excellent delivery track record. The Opportunity Full territorial responsibility for Scotland Complete autonomy to manage and grow all broker relationships across the region No existing internal coverage in Scotland – you will have full reign of the market Field-based, home-based role with flexibility and autonomy Backed by a strong credit team and well-supported operational infrastructureThis position offers the chance to build, develop and shape a region with genuine entrepreneurial freedom while benefiting from the backing of a recognised and trusted lender. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a regional growth strategy across Scotland Build and manage strong relationships with introducers and commercial finance brokers Identify and win new business opportunities across SME and mid-corporate sectors Structure and propose asset finance solutions aligned with client requirements Maintain a strong pipeline and deliver against agreed lending targets Act as a brand ambassador for the business in the Scottish marketIdeal Candidate Profile Proven track record in asset finance sales Strong existing broker network across Scotland Experience operating in a field-based, autonomous role Commercially astute with strong deal structuring capability Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and growth focus Credible, professional and relationship-drivenWhat’s on Offer Competitive basic salary Uncapped commission structure Car allowance Comprehensive benefits package Remote working flexibility Career progression within a well-capitalised and growing lenderWhy This Role?
