Key Responsibilities for an Regional Sale Executive
* Make outbound calls to existing customers to promote products for upselling and cross-selling.
* Build and maintain strong, consistent customer relationships.
* Identify and qualify promising leads for potential escalation to the external sales team.
* Maintain records of all customer interactions and sales outcomes.
* Collaborate with sales and customer service teams.
Key skills for an Regional Sales Executive
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* A natural ability to build rapport and trust with existing business customers.
* Proficiency with Microsoft packages (email, spreadsheets) and experience using or maintaining CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
