A well-established, fast-growing catering equipment manufacturer is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to develop and grow its presence across Scotland.
The Role:
This position is predominantly new business focused and will suit a true hunter. You will be responsible for opening the Scottish market, building relationships with independent and group operators, and driving sales through demonstrations and partner dealers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing new business across Scotland (initially ~70% new business / 30% account development)
* Working closely with proactive dealer partners to generate and convert opportunities
* Organising and hosting live product demonstrations (typically 2-3 per month)
* Targeting restaurants, casual dining, and hospitality operators
* Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
What We're Looking For:
* Background in hospitality, foodservice, or catering equipment sales
* Comfortable selling premium equipment with a consultative approach
* Thrives in a target-driven, high-activity environment
* Self-motivated and effective when working from home
* Has credibility with chefs and operators (ex-chefs or those with strong kitchen exposure are particularly well regarded)
What's in it for You?
* £40,000 per annum basic salary + Car allowance
* OTE £80,000 in year one, rising to £120,000 in year two
