Regional Sales Manager
We are working with our high volume manufacturing business client based in Norwich. They have a new opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager with proven experience in B2B window/door sales experience covering the South of England. The position will be working remotely from the manuafcturing site with travel to Norwich expected at least once per quarter. The company can offer a competitive salary plus uncapped bonus and car allowance
Job Purpose
This role manages a defined sales region to achieve and exceed budget targets across existing customers, ensuring continuity of supply and delivering year-on-year growth by building relationships, identifying opportunities to grow customer sales offering value added services
The role also drives new business by prospecting for opportunities across all targeted market sectors and collaborating cross-functionally to identify, target, and successfully onboard new accounts.
Key Duties
• To be responsible for a regional group of Customers across all window and door systems within a certain geographical area ensuring that the targeted performance from this set of customers is achieved in terms of turnover, profitability and product portfolio
• Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and the site team leaders to establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in line with the customers expectation level
• New business achieved via cross selling, cold calling and converting of campaign inbound enquiries
• Develop, build and maintain successful sustainable relationships with these customers, to ensure the maximisation of the sales opportunity from them
• Work with onboarding and customer fulfilment teams to deliver promised volumes and establish buying habit
• To be responsible for achieving the successful deliverance of the new business targets from the geographical area in accordance with the discount guidelines
• Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure an effective and efficient on-boarding period for Customer
• Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
• Close liaison with the credit control function to ensure financial risk is understood and managed
• Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs
• Support product development by providing concise feedback on market/customer trends
• Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them
• Maintain and update CRM in line with company requirements

• Proven experience in a B2B sales role within the window/door industry

• Experience of using Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel & Word as a minimum
