Location: Hybrid/Remote - North London
Position Overview:
A leading provider of waterproofing solutions is seeking an experienced Regional Technical Manager to cover the North London area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company undergoing exciting growth, offering innovative products primarily within the flat roofing sector.
This is a permanent position offering a base salary of approximately £50,000, plus commission and company vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive specification sales of waterproofing products across North London.
Build and manage a network of contractor clients.
Provide on-site and remote technical support and advice.
Conduct detailed roof surveys and generate professional reports.
Prepare project specifications in line with industry guidelines (e.g. NBS).
Maintain accurate and timely records in the company's CRM and quality management systems.
Monitor market trends and share insights with the business.
Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its strong industry reputation.
Essential Requirements:
Full clean UK driving licence.
Proven sales experience within the construction sector - ideally with flat roofing or waterproofing solutions.
Strong knowledge of the North London region.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
