As our Regional Training & Development Lead , youll turn business needs into clear, practical learning solutions that help colleagues succeed from day one. Youll design and deliver engaging training, support smooth onboarding, and work with stakeholders across the business to ensure a consistent learning experience. Youll analyse skills gaps, maintain accurate training records, and continuously improve programmes through evaluation and feedback.
