The role focuses on delivering high-acuity care packages for adults and children in their own homes and requires previous experience within community complex care. This is an opportunity for a Registered Branch Manager to take ownership of a regulated branch delivering nurse-led care packages, supported by strong clinical governance, an established referral pipeline and senior operational leadership. The successful candidate will oversee operational performance, compliance, workforce stability and sustainable growth while ensuring safe delivery of complex care services within the community. Salary and Benefits£48,000 £50,000 per annum25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysOccupational sick payEnhanced maternity and paternity payDeath in service benefitStrong clinical and operational leadership support About the OrganisationYou will be joining a large, well-established provider specialising in community complex care and nurse-led packages.The organisation delivers care to adults and children with high-acuity needs in their own homes and has a strong reputation for clinical governance, compliance and quality of care.The Registered Branch Manager will inherit an established service with existing packages, structured operational support and clear growth plans across complex care services.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the CQC Registered Manager for the branchOversee delivery of complex care packages within the communityLead the recruitment, development and retention of nurses and healthcare staffMaintain high standards of compliance, audits and governanceManage operational performance including staffing, care delivery and service stabilityBuild relationships with commissioners, case managers and clinical teamsSupport the safe mobilisation of new care packages and service growthEssential RequirementsTo be considered for this role you must have:Experience working for a complex care provider delivering care in the communityExperience managing nurse-led or high-acuity care packagesPrevious experience as a Registered Manager, Branch Manager or senior operational leaderStrong knowledge of CQC regulations within domiciliary or complex care servicesExperience managing compliance, staffing and operational performanceCandidates without complex care experience are unlikely to be suitable for this role.
