Are you an experienced leader within complex care looking to take ownership of a large, high-performing service?
We are recruiting for a Registered Branch Manager to join a leading complex care provider based at their East London head office. This is a senior leadership role overseeing a well-established branch delivering over 10,000 hours of care per week across adult and paediatric packages, including learning disability supported living.
This opportunity is ideal for a Registered Branch Manager who is confident managing scale, driving quality, and operating in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
The Role You will have full operational and clinical oversight of the branch, ensuring safe, effective and compliant delivery of complex care services. Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Based primarily in the East London head office One day per week working from home
