Registered Building Inspector (Class 2 RBI+)

Location: Lancashire Contract: Long term contract Rate: £60–£70 per hour (approx. £9,620–£11,210 per month based on 37 hours/week) Hours: Full-time (part-time considered)

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Control Surveyor / Registered Building Inspector (Class 2+) to join our clients building control team in Lancashire on a long term contract, offering strong stability and excellent earning potential.

The Role: You will deliver Building Regulations plan checking and site inspection services across a range of domestic and/or commercial projects (RBI grade dependent), supporting a well-established Building Control team.

Key Details: • £60–£70 per hour (approx. £9,620–£11,210 per month) • Long term contract with strong extension potential • Outside IR35 a possibility • Full-time role with part-time flexibility available
