We are looking for a dual registered care home manager, working with elderly and complex needs help the company grow and develop within.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations.
Managing dual home
Lead and manage staff, providing supervision and support to enhance team performance.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, focusing on their unique needs.
Ensure medication administration is conducted safely and accurately.
Foster a positive environment for residents and their families, promoting well-being and quality of life.
Qualifications
Proven management and supervisory experience in a care home setting
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff
Background in assisted living and nursing home environments
Knowledge of care plans and medication administration
Commitment to providing high-quality care and support to residents
