We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated
Registered Care Manager
to lead and manage a well-established care service in
Ruislip . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and leading a strong team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining high standards of care for residents.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the service and lead the care team effectively
Ensure full compliance with
CQC regulations and safeguarding standards
Maintain high-quality care delivery and person-centred care practices
Manage staff performance, training, and development
Ensure compliance with health & safety, infection control, and medication management procedures
Support operational planning and cost management
Requirements
Valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
Previous
nursing home or care home management experience
Strong understanding of
CQC regulations and compliance standards
Knowledge of safeguarding, elderly care, and dementia care best practices
Good IT and administrative skills
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
