We’re excited to announce the opening of a new branch and are looking for a passionate Registered Care Manager to lead this new venture and help make it a success from day one. As a key contributor in building and establishing services for the new branch. you will have the support and flexibility to make decisions that prioritise the quality of life of your clients and carers, setting the standard for excellence from the start.

*Your Role*
*As our Registered Care Manager, you will:*
● Be registered with the CQC and lead the safe, high-quality delivery of homecare in line with CQC standards
● Manage and support a team of care professionals, championing recruitment, team development and training to build a high-performing team
● Grow and develop the service with a strong focus on client first
● Build strong relationships within the local community to promote the company and identify new business opportunities
● Oversee care planning, risk assessments, audits, inspections and compliance
*What we’re looking for:*
● A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager or significant experience in a managerial role in homecare or domiciliary care
● Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
● An understanding of CQC compliance, safeguarding, and care legislation
● Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
● A passion for delivering care that truly makes a difference
● A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
