You'll lead and develop a team of dedicated Assistant Managers and support staff, ensuring high-quality, safe, and person-centred care at all times. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire teams to deliver outstanding care Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements Work proactively to manage risk and promote positive outcomes Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and wider stakeholders. Promote best practice in areas such as Safeguarding, DoLS, MCA and the Care Act Collaborate with internal quality and compliance teams to uphold service standards Take part in the on-call rota and provide operational support as needed About You: We're looking for someone who is a visible, confident leader with a proven track record of managing adult care services. You'll be passionate about making a real difference and empowering your team to do the same. To be successful, you will need: Minimum of 5 years' experience coaching and leading care teams in a regulated setting. In-depth knowledge of CQC standards, Safeguarding, DoLS, MCA, and relevant care legislation.
