Salary - £39,210.00 per annum
We are looking for an experienced Care Manager to play a critical role ensuring that both our residents and colleagues feel supported every single day. You will be responsible for the professional deliveryof care to a numberof residentsand build strong local partnerships with key care professionals.
Working for a market leading UK charity who have been established over 85 years, you will be managing the day to day running of this stunning retirement living apartment scheme inPoole.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful you will need experience of working in a care setting at a management/supervisory level coupled with strong leadership and coaching skills.
You will have proven experience in enabling older people to live later life well and enhancing their wellbeing.
