We are currently recruiting for an experienced Childrens Home Registered Manager to lead and inspire a residential care team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage your own home and create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where children and young people can thrive.
You will be responsible for leading the team, maintaining high standards of care, and ensuring positive outcomes for young people. This role offers a competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, and a relocation package for candidates willing to move for the position.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire the staff team to deliver outstanding care
- Ensure the home provides a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment
- Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and quality standards
- Drive positive outcomes for children and young people
- Support team development and performance
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care delivery
- Base salary: £49,875 £56,000 per annum
- Up to £18,000 annual bonus paid quarterly (based on occupancy and Ofsted rating)
- £5,000 relocation package available
- Designated psychologist within each home and community
