Kindsight Recruitment is supporting the appointment of an experienced Registered Childrens Home Manager for a 4-bed EBD childrens residential home in Redditch (B98).

This is a stable, well-supported service with an established leadership structure already in place, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced EBD Registered Manager to step into a role with strong infrastructure, incentives, and genuine support.

• Overall leadership and management of a 4-bed EBD childrens home

• Maintain and improve Ofsted outcomes through strong quality assurance

• Ensure full compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations 2015 and SCCIF

• Lead, support, and develop the staff team

• Oversee safeguarding, care planning, staffing, and performance

• Work closely with the Responsible Individual, who provides weekly on-site support

• Promote a positive, structured, and child-centred culture

• Current Registered Manager within a childrens EBD residential setting

• Proven Registered Manager experience (Deputy Managers stepping up will NOT be considered)

• Experience specifically within EBD services

• Strong working knowledge of Ofsted regulations and SCCIF

• Deputy Managers seeking first RM role

• Registered Managers currently working in LD-only settings

• £50,000 £55,000 basic salary (DOE)

• £55,000 £60,000 for Managers with consistent Good/Outstanding Ofsted ratings
