This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a service from the ground up shaping the culture, standards, policies, and long-term vision from day one. The home will support children and young people with learning disabilities, autism, and associated complex needs , delivering trauma-informed, person-centred care in a safe and nurturing environment.
