Start: Immediate / Short notice (maximum 2 weeks)The OpportunityKindsight Recruitment is working on an urgent senior leadership appointment for an experienced Dual Registered Childrens Home Manager to oversee two established childrens residential services supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).This is a high-responsibility, multi-site role requiring a confident, inspection-proven Registered Manager who can stabilise, lead, and drive quality across both homes. Due to operational need, we are only able to consider candidates who are immediately available or able to start within two weeks.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and operational leadership across two childrens residential homesEnsure both services remain fully compliant with Childrens Homes Regulations 2015 and SCCIFMaintain and improve Ofsted outcomes, embedding strong quality assurance frameworksLead, support, and challenge Registered/Deputy Managers and staff teamsOversee safeguarding, care planning, staffing, rotas, and performance managementAct as a visible, credible leader across both services, supporting stability and consistencyLiaise with external professionals, placing authorities, and internal stakeholdersEssential Criteria (Non-Negotiable)??
