Advocare Healthcare is seeking an exceptional Full-Time Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to take full leadership of all regulatory, clinical governance, and staffing responsibilities for our growing home care service.
This is a senior leadership appointment for a highly competent, compliance-focused professional who will hold primary accountability for CQC registration, regulatory adherence, quality assurance, safeguarding, workforce management, and safe care delivery . The Registered Manager will lead the service operationally, ensuring robust governance frameworks, strong supervision structures, safe staffing levels, and consistently high standards of person-centred care.
This full-time position requires demonstrable expertise in regulated domiciliary care, strong knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards, proven experience in building and managing care teams, and the leadership capability to embed a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
Core Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service.
Maintain and achieve CQC compliance across all five key domains.
Drive sustainable growth while maintaining service quality.
Develop, mentor, and retain high-performing care teams.
Oversee safeguarding, risk management, and governance.
Ensure financial performance aligns with growth and profitability targets.
