Registered Fostering Manager
Location: Kent
Salary from £50,000 per annum
NonStop Consulting is looking for a Registered Fostering Manager who can join a not for profit Independent Fostering Agency with an Outstanding Ofsted area in Kent.
They offer flexibility with home working, allowing you to have a good work - life balance.
Responsibilities:
The Registered Fostering Manager will oversee a very stable team of Supervising Social Workers, providing support and guidance to them.
You will ensure complete adherence to all regulatory requirements and also, you will lead the promotion of therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches, embedding high and consistent standards among staff and foster carers. xbpsjku

Requirements:
- experience in working as a Registered Fostering Manager
