About the role:
As a Registered Nurse, you'll be at the heart of delivering high-quality, one-to-one care in patients' homes-making a real difference every single day. You'll be part of a passionate, multi-disciplinary team delivering specialist IV therapies and holistic care across the Milton Keynes region. About you:
You're a compassionate, qualified nurse who thrives on delivering exceptional care and building trust with patients. You'll bring clinical confidence, a proactive mindset and a genuine desire to make a difference.
You'll be:
Delivering IV therapies, subcutaneous injections, and venepuncture in line with patient care plans
Conducting holistic clinical assessments to tailor care to individual needs
Collaborating with patients, families and healthcare professionals to support recovery
Maintaining accurate records and upholding professional nursing standards
Travelling across the region to provide care in patients' homes (full UK driving licence required
Championing patient-centred care and continuous improvement
