Key responsibilities include: Providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing careCompleting assessments, implementing care plans, and evaluating outcomesAdministering medications in line with professional standardsSupporting residents with complex needs in a person-centred, flexible mannerWorking collaboratively with the wider care team to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
