Registered Manager Role overview Location: Wolverhampton Contract: Full time, permanent Salary: £47,000 with Benefits Key responsibilities Working in a home which supports children with learning disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Global Delay, and many other special needs. Lead and manage the home and its staff team to provide exceptional care and support for children with mental health needs. Ensure that the home complies with all relevant regulations and standards, including Ofsted requirements and Children Home Regulations. Recruit, train, and develop a dedicated staff team to provide the best possible care for children. Oversee the assessment, planning, and delivery of care and support plans for each child, tailored to their individual needs. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the home, including safeguarding practices. Manage the budget for the home effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. Implement quality assurance processes to continuously improve the service provided to children and meet or exceed ResiCare Alliance’s high standards. Qualifications and Experience Minimum Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent. Proven experience as a Manager/Deputy in a similar setting. Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards in residential childcare. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
