Salary £49,140 per annum dependent on qualifications

Contract Fixed term contract for 6 to 7 months to cover maternity leave Start date March 2026

Essential Requirements

Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management and Leadership or equivalent Registered Manager Award Strong leadership and team management experience within adult services Knowledge of RISCA regulations Experience managing adults with enduring mental health needs and co occurring physical health needs Ability to manage clinical oversight and medication systems Full flexibility to participate in on call

A nursing qualification is advantageous but not essential

The Role

We are supporting a national care provider to appoint a Registered Manager for a well established adult mental health service in the Denbigh area.

You will hold full operational responsibility for the service, ensuring high quality, person centred care delivery aligned to regulatory and organisational standards.
