Salary: Up To £49,000 (20% + annual bonus)

Overview:
A provider of specialist adult care services is seeking a Registered Manager for a 14 bed service in Manchester. The service supports adults with acquired brain injury needs. The organisation wants an experienced manager who improves quality, strengthens processes, and delivers stable outcomes.
The Candidate:
The Registered Manager leads all operational aspects of the service, delivers safe support, and drives strong regulatory compliance. The role suits an experienced manager with a track record in service improvement. The manager builds an effective staff team, promotes independence, and maintains high standards linked to CQC requirements. Strong time management and clear decision making are essential.
Essential Criteria:
Level 5 Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care or working toward the qualification.
Experience managing adult residential services.
Knowledge of CQC legislation and best practice.
Experience supporting people with learning disabilities or acquired brain injury.
Ability to lead teams and drive quality improvement.
Evidence of positive values and person centered practice.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative.
Driver with access to a vehicle.
Clear and enhanced DBS.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary up to £49,000.
