FTC 12 months covering maternity, full time hours, Morecambe. Are you seeking a new opportunity where you can make a difference in supporting adults with complex needs, autism and learning disability? Are you flexible to be able to work full time on a fixed term contract for up to 12 months covering maternity leave? If so we're seeking a skilled Registered Manager to join the team for an organisation who pride themselves on providing the highest quality of care and support to vulnerable adults.
The role:
Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential service for adults with learning disability, autism and behaviours that may challenge. Adhere to all support plans and risk assessments ensuring the strong leadership of the staff teams. Manage and support a team of support staff and complete all supervisions, and regular 1-1 meetings. Ensure the delivery of person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being of all clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in line with legal and organisational requirements. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and external agencies to ensure seamless care delivery.
