Flexible working (Part-time or Full-time) About the role: We are recruiting for a Registered Manager & Business Development Lead to join a newly launched social care franchise delivering a private, concierge-style membership service . This is a non-traditional Registered Manager role . While the successful candidate must be registered or eligible to register with CQC, the primary focus of this position is business development, growth, and client acquisition , rather than day-to-day operational management. This role is suited to someone who is commercially minded, confident in sales, and motivated by building a service from the ground up. Key Focus of the Role Approximately 70% business development / 30% Registered Manager & compliance (this may change as the business grows). Business Development Responsibilities (Primary Focus) Actively generate new business opportunities and clients Promote and sell a membership-based, concierge-style social care service Arrange, attend, and lead meetings with prospective private clients, families, and professional referrers
