We are seeking a highly motivated caring individual to join our team at one of the leading care homes in Cornwall.

Suitable candidates will have several years of experience in a managerial role and / or have been a registered manager.
Only Candidates with NVQ5 qualification or above with experience of working with elderly care within a care home setting will be considered.
In addition, suitable candidates must have:
* Excellent clinical skills and supervisory experience.
* Ability to lead and motivate other staff members.
* Communication, marketing and business skills.
* Be able to follow clear instructions and Group protocols.
* Have a thorough knowledge of the CQC standards.
A clean DBS and two professional references are essential.
