Overview We are seeking a Registered Children's Care Home Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional care for children in a residential setting in Leeds.

The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years as a Registered Manager in a Children’s Care home setting, particularly in environments that cater to children with special needs. This role requires a compassionate leader who can manage care plans effectively while ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Responsibilities

* Oversee the daily operations of the children's care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

* Develop, implement, and review individual care plans tailored to each child's needs, promoting their well-being and development.
