Hippo Staffing Solutions are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager / Residential Children’s Home Manager to lead a Children’s Residential Home in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for an established Registered Manager who wants to shape a therapeutic, family-style environment for young people aged 11–16 and contribute to the development of future homes and services.

As the Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operational leadership of the home, ensure Ofsted compliance, manage and develop the staff team, and deliver exceptional child-centred care. We are searching for a strong, confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional safeguarding knowledge, and is driven to improve outcomes for vulnerable children.
