Registered Manager – Children’s Residential EBD
Dudley Salary up to £55,000PA
We are working in partnership with an established and expanding provider of children’s residential care to recruit a Registered Manager for a 3-bed EBD children’s home based in Dudley.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the home, ensuring high-quality, child-centred care and strong regulatory compliance. You will lead, develop and motivate a stable staff team, embed a positive culture, and deliver positive outcomes for young people with EBD.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overall management of the home in line with Ofsted regulations
* Leading, mentoring and developing the staff team
* Ensuring high standards of safeguarding, care planning and outcomes
* Maintaining compliance and inspection readiness
* Building strong relationships with placing authorities, professionals and families
The Ideal Candidate
* An experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up
* Strong knowledge of EBD and children’s residential care
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
* Confident leading teams and managing compliance
* Passionate about delivering high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes
