We’re supporting a growing children’s care provider to recruit a Registered Manager for a 3-bed EBD home in Sutton Coldfield. This is an excellent opportunity to join a newly established organisation with strong leadership in place, offering the chance to lead a service, shape its culture and drive high standards of care and outcomes for young people. The Role As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management and performance of the home, ensuring it operates in line with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and achieves positive outcomes for young people.
