About the Organisation
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established care group that firmly believes the needs and welfare of children must always come first.
The organisation already operates an alternative provision and is now strategically expanding to open a children’s residential care home in Nelson.
This growth is carefully planned and values-led, with a clear focus on delivering high-quality, child-centred care.
You will work alongside an experienced and highly supportive Responsible Individual, providing professional guidance, oversight and collaborative leadership, ensuring you feel supported rather than pressured in your role.

What You’ll Need:
* Level 5 Diploma (or working towards)
* Experience in children’s residential care
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted and safeguarding
