What You’ll Be Doing

Taking the reins as the Ofsted Registered Manager and keeping us fully compliant, confident, and consistently outstanding.
*
Leading, motivating, and developing a brilliant staff team who share your commitment to exceptional care.
*
Creating a warm, nurturing, therapeutic environment where children feel safe, supported, and seen.
*
Managing budgets with the kind of finesse that would make an accountant proud.
*
Crafting and maintaining care plans, risk assessments, and placement plans in partnership with local authorities and professionals.
*
Championing safeguarding at every level — because nothing matters more than the welfare of our young people.
*
Driving continuous improvement through audits, reviews, and quality initiatives.
*
Building strong, positive relationships with families, social workers, and regulatory bodies.
What You’ll Bring
*
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards it).
*
Experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager in children’s residential care.
*
A rock‑solid understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and children’s home standards.
*
Proven leadership skills — the kind that inspire confidence and bring out the best in others.
*
Excellent organisational, communication, and decision‑making abilities.
*
A full UK driving licence (a bonus, not a deal‑breaker).
