The Role:
- Lead and register a brand-new dual residential provision
- Shape the culture, systems and standards from day one
- Build and develop a strong, values-led staff team
- Drive compliance, quality and positive Ofsted outcomes
- Create a safe, nurturing and high-achieving environment for young people
- Continuously reviewing and improving the quality of care within the home
About you:
- Experienced Deputy Manager ready for progression
- Proven experience leading a team within a residential care setting
- A natural leader who is approachable, supportive and resilient
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children’s home compliance
- Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People), or working towards
- Ambitious, forward-thinking and committed to high standards
