Position: Registered Manager Domiciliary Care

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager for a Domiciliary Care service in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable and growing organization, with a focus on delivering high-quality care to private clients.

Responsibilities:

* Overall management and leadership of the domiciliary care service

* Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and standards

* Recruitment, training, and supervision of staff

* Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, their families, and external stakeholders

* Creating and implementing care plans and risk assessments

* Managing budgets and resources effectively

* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on service performance

Requirements:

* Registered Manager

* Proven experience in a managerial role within domiciliary care

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards

* Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively

* Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising staff

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills

* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

* Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary
