This is a pivotal role for an accomplished leader who can ensure the delivery of high‑quality, evidence‑based parenting assessments, safeguarding excellence, and full regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for the operational, regulatory, and strategic management of the centre, ensuring it meets Ofsted expectations and delivers positive outcomes for vulnerable families. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management * Provide strong, child‑centred leadership to the staff team. * Ensure full compliance with Family Centre Regulations, Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 (best‑practice crossover), Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding legislation. * Promote a culture of transparency, reflective practice, and continuous improvement.
