Complete company induction and personal development plans, retaining a strong team to ensure familiar faces for the young people. Foster Consultation: Develop systems to consult young people about the care they receive. Assign a Key Worker to each young person to implement their care plan. Establish and monitor high-quality care standards in line with the quality standards and the Home’s Statement of Purpose. Handle Complaints and Concerns: Take responsibility for addressing any complaints or child protection concerns. Work in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals to promote the welfare of young people. Participate in Meetings: Attend and contribute to care planning and review meetings as appropriate. Ensure the children in your service are cared for at the best possible standard. Effective Commercial Management of your home: Passionate about making the difference to the lives of young people in care. • Relevant Experience: At least 2 years in a position related to residential care of children, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years. • Level 3 in Children's Residential Care is essential.
