Registered Manager - LD and Mental Health

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for your next challenge? Our client is seeking a Registered Manager for a small LD and Mental Health Home in South London.

You'll lead the service in a turning around compliance and rebuilding the relationships with Local Authorities, allowing you to showcase your leadership and organisational skills.

As a Registered Manager, you will: - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements. - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. - Recruit, train, and manage a team of care staff. - Monitor and improve service quality and performance. - Liaise with stakeholders and regulatory bodies. - Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the service operates smoothly.
