I am seeking a dynamic, hands-on Registered Service Manager to oversee my clients supported living services in Essex. You'll be responsible for a small service supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, behaviours of distress and complex care needs in the Essex area. You will be passionate about knowing service users as individuals and building trust with families, and anticipating issues before they arise. You'll lead by example, inspiring your team with a proactive, professional and person-centred approach. This is an exciting time to join my client as they expand their services and build on their already superb reputation in providing supported living and residential services across the south east You will find your role will be both fulfilling and rewarding. You will have experience as a registered manager in a supported living setting and will be passionate about improving the lives of individuals with learning disability and mental health conditions
