Are you ready to step into a role where you will shape the culture, quality and future of a brand‑new children’s residential home? As the Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home, you will lead a small, dedicated team supporting up to three children with EBD needs. Reporting directly into the Responsible Individual, you’ll have full autonomy over the day to day running of the home, team development, safeguarding practice and the delivery of exceptional outcomes. This is your chance to build a nurturing, trauma‑informed environment from the ground up and make a lasting difference.

Your Role as Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home:

Lead, inspire and develop a staff team, modelling trauma‑informed, child‑centred practice
• Drive outstanding care quality, ensuring compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations & Quality Standards
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, embedding a strong safeguarding culture throughout the home
• Deliver excellent care planning, risk management and behaviour support strategies
• Oversee budget, resources and staffing, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
Your Experience as a Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home:

Strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 & Ofsted Quality Standards
• Significant experience in children’s residential care, including leadership responsibilities
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
• Proven expertise in safeguarding, EBD, trauma and attachment‑informed care
• Experience of Ofsted inspections, delivering good or outstanding outcomes
