Currently we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager (Registered Nurse) to lead a specialist post-acute neurological rehabilitation service supporting adults with complex neurological and physical needs.

Salary: £70,000
Position: Registered Manager (Registered Nurse)
Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Setting: Specialist Neurological Rehabilitation
Location: Birmingham

Your key responsibilities will be;

* Provide clinical and operational leadership across the service

* Act as CQC Registered Manager ensuring regulatory compliance

* Lead quality, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives

* Manage and develop nursing and multidisciplinary teams

* Ensure safe delivery of complex neurological nursing care

* Oversee staffing, budgets, and workforce planning

* Promote person-centred, evidence-based rehabilitation

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has;

* Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC registration

* Experience managing complex care or specialist services

* Strong understanding of CQC regulations and governance

* Proven leadership and people management skills

* Commitment to person-centred rehabilitation
