Registered Manager - Children's Residential Homes
Locations: Preesall, Blackpool
Setting: Solo Placement Home
Salary: From £50,000 per annum plus Ofsted & Performance Bonus

We are seeking an experienced and driven Registered Manager to open, oversee, manage and put own stamp on a brand new home in Preesall.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation that has already achieved 4 Ofsted inspections rated 'Good' in all areas, demonstrating a strong commitment to high-quality care and positive outcomes for young people.

The Role:

As Registered Manager, you will be an established, experienced, and driven Registered Manager, having achieved a minimum 'Good' Ofsted rating in your current and/or previous home(s).
The successful candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, has high standards for themselves, their team, and their young people, and has ambitions to progress in our organisation during the growing portfolio of high-quality, successful children's homes, delivering the highest standards of care with outstanding outcomes for young people.

Key Requirements:

• Within the last five years, worked for at least 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children
• At least 1 year in a Registered Manager position within residential childcare
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
• Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
• Full UK Driving Licence
