St Brigas is a family run care home for 15 adults with learning disabilities, we have a very supportive long standing staff team. We believe in providing person centred care which underpins our values and principles. St Brigas individualise support which helps people participate, make decisions and life choices and be an active part of living in the community this is at the centre of what we do.
We are looking for an experienced care home manager to support our staff team you will assist in ensuring that compliance and person-centred care across the home is maintained. Qualities will include knowledge of CQC compliance, confidence in supervisions of staff and clients daily, the ability to work well as a team and jointly with other managers/Team Leaders, the ability to delegate and work well under pressure. NVQ level 5 and computer skills required
Up to £38,000 per annum, pensions scheme and discounts on retail
28 days paid annual leave per year, a company pension scheme and full training.
