Salary Information: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience and qualifications.

Information the Role: We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager (or experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up) to lead a residential children’s home, providing a warm, nurturing, and educationally rich environment.

As Registered Manager, you will:

Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day running of the home. Create a family-style environment where children and young people can thrive. Ensure the home meets required inspection standards under Ofsted and operates in line with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015. Lead, mentor, and develop staff through supervision, coaching, and appraisals. Manage rotas, budgets, recruitment processes, and operational planning. Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety compliance standards are consistently maintained. Work collaboratively with external professionals, education providers, and internal teams to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people. Essential Skills & Experience
