You will be joining a well-established, family run nursing and residential service with 21 beds. Key Responsibilities
• Provide overall leadership of a 21 bedded nursing and residential service.
• Maintain and strengthen CQC compliance, governance, and clinical standards.
• Lead the safe transition towards increased complex care provision.
• Support and develop a stable nursing and care team.

About You
• Nurse qualified with active NMC registration.
• Experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing home setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
